I can't find its original source! Its so cute! Its a love-hate relationship with Tumblr.. I see a lot of cute clothes or pictures, but nobody seems to put the picture's original source up. I do try to trace most of them back, but they usually just lead back to another Tumblr blog that claims no ownership of the pictures they post. This is especially frustrating when you want to actually buy something or find the photography that shot these photos. LAME.

I took my last final today! That means I have more time to take pictures and experiment with editing! Yayyy!  Does anyone else's skin break out under finals week stress? Or is it just me? 

This summer, I really want to move forward with both modeling and photography. I really want to develop my own style with photography. I feel like I haven't really done that or had the time to. The summer is a perfect time to do it! Originally I planned to go to school through the summer, but since most classes I want take aren't offered for summer session.. I thought I'd just take the summer off and relax! 

I've been seeing bags similar to this one on fashion blogs all over the world. First, I fell in love with this one from River Island. Then I found out River Island was only in the UK. I gave up on the search for a similar bag here in California for a while, until I stumbled on this lucky find in the clearance section of Urban Outfitters. The Kimchi Blue Messenger bag!

I remembered seeing it on the UO website, but for around $70 and only available online. At the time that was wayyy too much for me to spend on a bag. It must've been an online return because in store it was priced at only $40. Lucky me! And in the color I wanted, too!  I use this bag daily. As a purse and I can easily fit my laptop or books in there for school. Its a really good weekend bag, too. Its held make up, a toothbrush, a change of clothes, or anything else you'd need for a weekend away. Definitely a true multi-purpose bag! 

Urban Outfitters doesn't carry this exact messenger bag anymore, but they do have one that's very similar to it for $69 here. 

UO shopping advice: UO can be really pricey.. So be sure to check the clearance section for online returns of regular priced items you've seen on their website. They usually mark them down a pretty good amount!!

Former Victoria's Secret model, Gisele Bundchen, has teamed up with Brazilian Hope Intimates to create her very own lingerie line. The runway photos are from the line's first fashion show in Sao Paulo, last Thursday (watch the fashion show here). This 30-year-old, top-earning model definitely has been busy since leaving VS in 2007. She looks gorgeous! 

Gisele's line features several satin bra and panty sets adorned with bows, feathers, and tassels. The colors were kept very simple and classic: black and a blush pink. She also included a beautiful feather headdress with one of her black satin looks! These pieces would be great for special occasion or date night wear and would look great paired with some great sultry heels and some sheer thigh-high stockings like these from VS.

Her collection is set to be released in 2,000 Brazilian stores on May 25th. There's no news of the collection hitting stores in the US yet..

It looks like Gisele's VS career sparked her inspiration for her own lingerie collection. I did a little research to see what others had to say about Gisele's line. It seems that a few people have some negative comments about the similarities with VS, as well as some of Gisele's other products. Here are one of the many comments I saw.. 

"This collection is heinous; it's like cheap knock off Victoria's Secret, the same way her line of "sandals" are knock offs of havaiannas. She's already got enough money...this is just straight up tacky." (source)

I think that was a bit harsh because I think her line is really cute, but I can't say that it doesn't look a lot like something you'd expect out of VS. Do you think its wrong of Gisele to create something so similar to VS lingerie? Or is it okay for her to draw inspiration from her extensive career with VS? 

I'm developing a love for maxi skirts. I don't know how or why this happened, but..
